Talent Buyers

Creative Talent Management Group, takes the work out of the buyers hands by providing them with clear, concise, knowledgeable information. This in turn provides the buyer with the tools they need to make educated choices for their venues.

As an agency it is our responsibility to ensure satisfaction for both the entertainer and talent buyer.

Creative Talent Management Group's, acts come in many forms. From specialty acts such as jugglers, illusionists, hypnotists, mentalists, and equilibrists; to comics, vocalists, storytellers, close up magicians, and "look a likes". In addition a full compliment of star entertainers and bands are available.

Our job is to provide the buyer with what they need, when they need it, and for a price that meets their budget! We will never suggest a product which will not fit into their venue. We are here to make YOU look good.

Entertainers

Our main goal with regards to entertainers is simple.....we first discuss the needs of the entertainer and come up with a game plan to place them into the venues they will succeed in at the same time earning the money that is commensurate with their talent.

As an agency it is our responsibility to ensure satisfaction for both the entertainer and talent buyer. For the entertainer we will negotiate with buyers on your behalf in terms of compensation, accommodations, transportation, and will resolve any disputed areas.

Lounge Bands / Soloists

Creative Talent Management Group, offers soloists and bands ranging from 2 - 6 pieces. Some bands cover a wide range of music, while others have their specialized niche.

Our main goal with our musicians is simple......we first discuss the needs of the musician and come up with a game plan to place them into the venues they will succeed in at the same time earning the money that is commensurate with their talent.

As an agency it is our responsibility to ensure satisfaction for both the entertainer and talent buyer. For the musician we will negotiate with buyers on your behalf in terms of compensation, accommodations, transportation, and will resolve any disputed areas.

Personal Management

Creative Talent Management Group, also offers (for a select group only) a full service personal management service. This service provides the professional entertainer / band with someone on their side taking care of ALL the details small and large.

This entails such items as negotiating with other agencies and venues; booking all travel, ground transportation, and accommodation arrangements; ensuring the contract riders are complied with; and guidance towards reaching their respective potential through motivation, knowledge, discussion, teamwork, and marketing.

In short, to be fully committed to the artist providing them with the tools needed to reach their full potential.

Concert Promotion

Creative Talent Management Group, offers the talent buyers of small to large concert venues a trouble free experience. We take care of all the details so you the buyer can simply make your request and relax knowing we'll take care of the rest.

This service includes acquiring the acts, dealing with their agent / manager, acquiring (if needed) light and sound equipment, staging, and technicians; travel and accommodations; security personnel, Paramedics, portable dressing rooms, catering; and advice on where and when to advertise. Our promotional services ensure your important event will go off without a hitch.
