Meeting with you to first discuss your important event's needs.
Present other ideas and/or alternatives, which can enhance
your event or simply keep you within your budget.
Return with a contract and presentation package outlining
your agreed upon requests and exactly how much the event will
cost.
Provide you with a contact person to answer any questions
or concerns right up through the conclusion of your important
event.
